Born 1946 in Hull, East Yorkshire, England, United Kingdom. Educated: primary school, 1951-57; and grammar school, both in Hull, 1957-1965; attended Hull School of Architecture, 1965-1972.
Qualified as an Architect in 1973.
Worked for Skelmersdale Development Corporation, Lancashire, 1970-71; Herefordshire (later Hereford and Worcester) County Council, 1972-1975; Kirklees Metropolitan Council, 1975-1996.
Formed Mike Greetham Architect as sole practitioner in July 1996 working, to date, on domestic and leisure projects, extensions, adaptations and new-build.
I am a computer semi-literate, preparing all drawings using Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) techniques, and I am developing my use of the internet for a range of information-gathering tasks. Married Jane M. Tatham of Illingworth, Halifax, England, in 1971 and father of Sally J., 1972 and Gregory M., 1975.
Member of the West Yorkshire Valuation Tribunal which hears appeals against business rateable values and council tax banding.
